All items sold “AS-IS” with no warranties express or implied.
A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to all high bids. This auction is being conducted by EP&C Auctions. Sales tax applies to ALL purchases to all bidders that are not tax exempt. Tax will not be collected on the Corvette.
Items start closing March 18, 2024 a t 7:00 pm with 2 items closing every minute until all items are closed.
If you are the winning bidder on the Corvette you will be required to wire the funds into our escrow account or pay by cashiers check prior to pick up. Wiring instructions will be provided upon request.
You will be notified after the Auction ends via email with your paid invoice noting all purchases. The invoice will serve as the billing amount that is charged to your credit card on file immediately at the conclusion of the auction. Any bidders with credit cards that are declined on reconciliation day will be charged a $30 processing fee to run another credit card- NO EXCEPTIONS! Currency Type: USD.

Pickup Details:
Items: #1 - #52 March 20th 10a – 1pm in Port St. Lucie.
Items: #55 - #57 March 20th from 3:00pm to 5:00 pm in Stuart.
Items: #58 - #152 March 21st from 1:00pm to 4:00pm in Stuart.
The addresses will be provided in an email that includes pick up instructions.

Buyer is responsible for all loading and hauling of all items, so if you purchase large items or large quantities you will need to bring assistance for loading. All items that are not pickup up prior to the stated dates and time frame will not be able to be picked up and buyer is still responsible for payment.
Shipping Instructions: there is no shipping offered on any of the items included in this auction.
