AUCTION ITEMS ARE NOT HELD BY EP&C AUCTIONS. THE ITEMS ARE LOCATED IN PORT ST. LUCIE, HOBE SOUND, JUNO ISLES & JUPITER.
All items sold “AS-IS” with no warranties express or implied.
A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to all high bids. This auction is being conducted by EP&C Auctions. Sales tax applies to ALL purchases to all bidders that are not tax exempt. Sales tax will NOT be collected on the vehicles.
Items start closing April 22, 2024 a t 7:00 pm with 2 items closing every minute until all items are closed.
If you are the winning bidder on the either of the vehicles, you will be required to wire the funds into our escrow account or pay by cashiers check prior to pick up. Wiring instructions will be provided.
You will be notified after the Auction ends via email with your paid invoice noting all purchases. Included in that email will be detailed pick-up instructions along with addresses. The invoice will serve as the billing amount that is charged to your credit card on file immediately at the conclusion of the auction. Any bidders with credit cards that are declined on reconciliation day will be charged a $30 processing fee to run another credit card- NO EXCEPTIONS! Currency Type: USD.

Pickup Details:

Items: #2 - #104 April 23rd from 1pm to 6pm in Hobe Sound.
Pick-up day and time is FIRM – NO EXCEPTIONS! Anything not picked up will be donated and NO refunds will be given.
Items: #105 - #244 April 24th from 2pm to 6pm in Juno Isles.
Items: #245 - 255 April 24th from 10am to Noon in Jupiter.
The addresses will be provided in an email that includes pick up instructions.

Buyer is responsible for all loading and hauling of all items, so if you purchase large items or large quantities you will need to bring assistance for loading. All items that are not pickup up prior to the stated dates and time frame will not be able to be picked up and buyer is still responsible for payment.
Shipping Instructions: there is no shipping offered on any of the items included in this auction.
