All items sold “AS-IS” with no warranties express or implied.
A 18% buyer’s premium will be added to all high bids. This auction is being conducted by EP&C Auctions. Sales tax applies to ALL purchases to all bidders that are not tax exempt with the exception of the vehicle.
Items start closing December 2, 2024 at 7:00 pm with 2 items closing every minute until all items are closed.
You will be notified after the Auction ends via email with your paid invoice noting all purchases. The invoice will serve as the billing amount that is charged to your credit card on file immediately at the conclusion of the auction. Any bidders with credit cards that are declined on reconciliation day will be charged a $30 processing fee to run another credit card- NO EXCEPTIONS! Currency Type: USD.

Pickup Details:
December 4th 12pm – 5pm in Jupiter.
The addresses will be provided in an email that includes pick up instructions.

Buyer is responsible for all loading and hauling of all items, so if you purchase large items or large quantities you will need to bring assistance for loading. All items that are not pickup up prior to the stated dates and time frame will not be able to be picked up and buyer is still responsible for payment.
Shipping Instructions: Online winning bidders will have their credit card on file charged at the conclusion of the auction and will be contacted next day to arrange pick up and/or shipping. Agreed upon shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the winning bidder and those charges will be charged to the credit card on file.
