All items sold “AS-IS” with no warranties express or implied.
A 18% buyer’s premium will be added to all high bids. This auction is being conducted by EP&C Auctions. Sales tax applies to ALL purchases to all bidders that are not tax exempt with the exception of the vehicle.
Items start closing Monday, March 31 at 7:00pm with 2 items closing every minute until all items are closed.
You will be notified after the Auction ends via email with your paid invoice noting all purchases. The invoice will serve as the billing amount that is charged to your credit card on file immediately at the conclusion of the auction. Any bidders with credit cards that are declined on reconciliation day will be charged a $30 processing fee to run another credit card- NO EXCEPTIONS! Currency Type: USD.

Buyer is responsible for all loading and hauling of all items, so if you purchase large items or large quantities you will need to bring assistance for loading. All items that are not pickup up prior to the stated dates and time frame will not be able to be picked up and buyer is still responsible for payment.
Shipping Instructions: there is no shipping offered on any of the items included in this auction.
