AUCTION ITEMS ARE NOT HELD BY ELLIOT PAUL & COMPANY AUCTIONS. AUCTION BEING CONDUCTED ONSITE AT SPS.
Registration and preview begins at 8am with the live onsite auction to begin at 10am. In order to register please have ready your photo id. We accept credit cards, cash, and local checks. If you are tax exempt please bring your tax certificate to present at time of registration.
All items sold “AS-IS” with no warranties express or implied. Descriptions provided to aid bidders in determining the items value to them. No representation is made or implied as to value or condition at time of sale.
Auctioneer determines order of sale.
A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to all high bids. Sales tax applies to ALL purchases to all bidders that are not tax exempt. If you are tax exempt please bring your tax certificate to present at time of registration.
All purchases to be removed day of sale. Buyer is responsible for all loading and hauling of all items, so if you purchase large items or large quantities you will need to bring assistance for loading.
