A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to all high bids. This auction is being conducted by Elliot Paul & Company Auctions. Sales tax applies to ALL purchases to all bidders that are not tax exempt. Sales tax will not be collected on the vehicle.
The following 3 items have reserves: #1 BMW, #91 3 Monkeys on a Bench bronze, #92 Girl reading book bronze. If these items do not reach their reserve, they will not be sold.
Items start closing May 22, 2022 at 7:00 pm with 2 items closing every minute until all items are closed.
If you are the high bidder on the vehicle you will be required to present a cashier’s check made payable to Elliot Paul & Company Auctions or wire the funds prior to pick up. Wiring instructions will be provided upon request.
You will be notified after the Auction ends via email with your paid invoice noting all purchases. The invoice will serve as the billing amount that is charged to your credit card on file immediately at the conclusion of the auction. Any bidders with credit cards that are declined on reconciliation day will be charged a $30 processing fee to run another credit card- NO EXCEPTIONS! Currency Type: USD.

May 18th from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm in Palm City. Please contact Pete Lashenka at 772-341-4339 for preview address. YOU MUST CALL PETE TO REGISTER FOR THE PREVIEW AHEAD OF TIME FOR THE ADDRESS THAT IS IN A GATED COMMUNITY.
Pickup Details:
Pickup Time is May 24th from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm ONLY. The address will be provided in an email that includes pick up instructions and pick up address. Contact Pete Lashenka at 772-341-4339 with any questions. Buyer is responsible for all loading and hauling of all items, so if you purchase large items or large quantities you will need to bring assistance for loading. All items that are not pickup up prior to 4:00 pm May 24th will not be able to be picked up and buyer is still responsible for payment.
Shipping Instructions: there is no shipping offered on any of the items included in this auction.
